A digital menu guests can open from a link or QR code

Ainex’s QR Menu system gives a restaurant or food business a public digital menu page that guests can open from a QR code or direct link on a phone.

Contact Ainex by email to describe your requirements. Project scope is discussed before work is proposed.

The business need

Keep the menu easy to reach and understand

Printed menus can be inconvenient to update when an item, price or image changes. Guests may also need to find a particular category quickly or check how to contact the business.

A QR menu is useful when the menu content is organized and the public page works well on a phone. It should reflect the information and ordering method the business has actually configured.

A practical approach

Use the QR Menu capabilities already in Ainex

The existing Ainex Menu application generates a public menu page and QR code. Its menu supports active categories, available products, descriptions, prices and product images, along with configurable colors and typography.

Business pages can show configured contact details and social links. Where the business has configured a WhatsApp number, guests can use the menu cart and WhatsApp order flow. The page does not assume that every restaurant uses the same ordering setup.

For food businesses sharing a menu with guests

  • Restaurants and cafés
  • Food businesses with category-based menus
  • Businesses that want a public menu link for guests
  • Teams that need to update menu items through the existing management workflow
